Windsurf lessons

We rent equipment and give lessons to beginners –young and old- and to advance sailors. Learn windsurfing, you will be amazed how much fun it is!

Beginner lesson:

The beginner lesson is 2hours, 1,5hour instruction and 1/2hour practice. Usually the 2 hours lesson is enough to learn the basics of the windsurfing. First we start on land with a simulator and than we go to the water to practice the basic steps, sailing position and turns/tacks. Our experience is that the students after the beginner lesson are ready to sail alone and enjoy the wind and the sunshine on the board!

Private Beginner Lesson:

The Private Beginner lesson is similar to the normal beginner lesson but here we guarantee the 1in1 lesson which means 1 instructor / 1 student and the instruction hour takes 2 hours.

Advance lesson:

The advance lesson is recommended for those riders who want to learn planning, harness, foot straps, jibe, or maybe an extreme front loop.

Equipments

The Surf Island windsurf school purchase its latest model brand new Hifly, Tabou, Pro Limit equipments from the SurfStation surf shop.
